About the project

A mega-project in the heart of Astana, Kazakhstan, comprising four towers, the tallest being 75 stories and the tallest tower in Euro-Asia. A mixed use development included two commercial towers, a block of serviced apartments and a 5 star hotel. All interconnected with a retail mall at podium level and underground car parking.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor to re-develop the Baseline Programme for the entire project. This subsequently became the programme to complete and included full resource loading, productivity assessment, sub-contractor engagement and logistics studies to ensure the development of a robust programme. Following this, full project controls were implemented for progress monitoring and tracking.
