About the project

A sports park constructed on the site of the old Hong Kong Airport, comprising a 48,000 stadium, a 10,000 seater multi-purpose arena and a 3,000 capacity public sports ground. The three buildings interconnected with associated infrastructure/car parks and walkways and interfaced with the MTR lines.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor to provide full Tender Planning services. This included benchmarking studies, tender planning, productivity analysis and phasing and logistics planning.
