About the project

A project delivered for Manchester City Council in advance of the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games. The project completed in 2000 and opened to the Public. Comprising a 50m Competition sized pool, diving pool and training pool, along with changing, well-being and fitness facilities.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor to assist in the development the Baseline Programme and project controls. Weekly progress updates and progress reviews were carried out including any mitigation measures and critical path analysis.
