About the project

168 new homes on Luton Street, part of the Church Street Regeneration programme. The project will be over a third affordable housing and also includes a sports hall and community space.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Mechanical Install Contractor to provide tendering and estimation services during the bidding process including full detailed QSOR measurement and pricing of the mechanical systems.
