About the project
No. 1 Palace Street is a unique 300,000 square foot island site with views towards Buckingham Palace, a heritage revival which integrates five different architectural styles; Italian Renaissance, Beaux-Arts, French Renaissance, Queen Anne and 21st century Contemporary, being converted into 72 luxury apartments.
What we did
HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Mechanical Install Contractor to provide claims support in respect of delays already incurred, including the compilation of a formal Extension of Time request inclusive of full particulars/ application for loss and expense recovery. HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions also provided templates and advice to be adopted by the Company when administering the Subcontract in respect of delay notifications going forward on the Project.
