About the project

100 Bishopsgate comprises two mixed-use buildings situated on the eastern edge of the financial district in the City of London. A 40-storey tower comprising five floors of 44,000 sq ft each and 32 office floors of c. av. 22,000 sq ft each plus seven floor building behind a retained façade housing restaurants and further office space. Developed by Brookfield Office Properties and Great Portland Estates.

What we did

Working with the MEP Engineering Contractor HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions provided the full remit of Project Panning services integral to the project reporting and management requirements, Management and maintaining/ updating the MEP programme including reporting on delays.
