About the project

A brand new community development mega-project delivered for the UAE Government, comprising 16km2 of 5,000 new residential villa units spread over five villages. In addition to the villas, entire infrastructure networks and the construction of mosques, retail centres and leisure facilities.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Project Management Consultant to oversee Planning and Project Controls. This included weekly analysis of all Main Contractor programmes and progress reports. In addition, review of Main Contractors EoT Claims.
