About the project

A 75 storey mixed use tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The iconic twisting façade wraps around the building which contains apartments, a five star hotel and office/commercial space and adjacent car park structures.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor initially to complete a Peer review on the project. This was intended to highlight key risks, key opportunities and develop an independent view of the forecast completion taking into account month on month progress and the current status of the construction works.
