About the project

The commercial headquarters for ALDAR, one of the UAE’s largest developers, located on Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi. This unique/iconic building stands 23 storeys tall in a circular/disc shape. The project has a unique and iconic façade and the form of the building’s structure allows open floor plates without internal columns. The building sits atop a four storey car basement car park.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor to develop the Baseline Programme and all project controls. Weekly progress updates and progress reviews were carried out including any mitigation measures and critical path analysis.
