About the project

An iconic new airport terminal in Manama, Bahrain comprising two concourse levels, passenger link bridges, baggage handling and security/passport control. New car parks, access roads, infrastructure and Utility buildings.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor initially to complete a Peer review on the project. This was intended to highlight key risks, key opportunities and develop an independent view of the forecast completion taking into account month on month progress and the current status of the construction works. Subsequently, HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were also engaged by the Main Contractor to provide Delay Analysis / Forensic Claims support on sub-contractor claims.
