About the project
A turn-key project for both ALDAR Properties and Abu Dhabi, the Central Market Redevelopment occupies 5.0 hectares of prime city space and comprises luxury apartments, international grade A office space, restaurants, world class hotels, branded retail outlets and a traditional Souq. A true city center destination for the capital of the UAE.
What we did
Employed by the client’s PQS firm as MEP Cost Manager overseeing the QS team during the construction phase of the Souq and the tendering and procurement phase the MEP works packages for the hotel, residential, office and retails assets worth in excess of $1bn.
