About the project

A mega-mall in the heart of Doha, Qatar. The project is a two level mall and includes over 500 units. In addition, there are leisure facilities, rides, Snow Park and a cinema. The project also includes the associated car parking and infrastructure.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Project Management Consultant to carry out close out planning/programming activities. This included scheduling activities associated with local authorities, Government agencies, final Cause and Effect testing and all activities associated with mall opening prior to public access.
