About the project

20 Eastbourne Terrace is an office building in West London situated next to Paddington mainline and Crossrail stations. It provides 92,000 sq ft of office space designed by Fletcher Priest in collaboration with Stiff & Trevillion architects.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Mechanical Subcontractor, undertaking the full shell, core and fit-out, to provide full Commercial Management and MEP Quantity Surveying services including procurement, change control, Contract administration, subcontract management and claims support.
