About the project

Full Mechanical and Electrical fast track refurbishment of two huge live Data Centres owned/ operated by Global Switch in East London. 11-floor purpose-built tier 3 facilities with over 450,000 sq ft of net technical capacity offering industrial level data to key clients within the financial markets.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the MEP Engineering Contractor to provide Quantity Surveying services, providing support during procurement, tender validations, change control and financial reporting in a fast track live building MEP fit-out environment.
