About the project

A new five star hotel in Dubai construction at the famous Wafi Mall site. The 65 storey hotel finished to the highest standards included serviced apartments and hotel rooms. In addition, restaurants, F&B outlets and leisure facilities. The project also included a brand new VOX Cinema complex featuring several high spec screens, VIP areas and F&B outlets.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Engineer initially to provide Planning and Project Control services. This included the development of a programme to complete, integrating all sub-contract trades and analysis of the Critical Path and implementation of project controls and dashboards. Subsequently, HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were engaged by the Employer to provide Delay Analysis / Forensic Claims support on sub-contractor claims.
