About the project

A mega-scale reverse osmosis plant located in Abu Dhabi providing the capacity for millions of gallons of drinking water. An extension to existing facilities this project included the provision of high spec, specialist industrial equipment.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor to provide full Tender Planning services. This included benchmarking studies, tender planning, productivity analysis and phasing and logistics planning.
